The 2011 St. Louis conference went very well. However we barely managed to miss a string of terrible tornadoes that began tearing through the area only the day after our meeting ended. Our sincere wishes for a speedy recovery to the state of Missouri and surrounding states that suffered from these tragic disasters.

The 2010 annual conference was held in Dallas Texas. ASCLD/LAB offered the Calibration Accreditation Preparatory Course in conjunction with the meeting. The Forensic Toxicology Certification Board (FTCB) - Forensic Alcohol Certification Prep Course and certification exam were also given at the meeting. Thanks to all of our excellent vendors for participating and supporting IACT and showing off the latest industry innovations. And of course, thanks to our membership for a great turnout in Dallas! Many European members had a great excuse for not making it to Dallas. A giant volcanic eruption disrupted air travel across the Atlantic for weeks.
